Our Founders

FIJI was created by two experienced individuals who have owned, operated and sold residential real estate brokerages. It was originally developed to solve the major problem of not being able to publicly solicit buyers.

Brad is the Founder and President of ClaytonWolf, a premier real estate technology and consulting firm headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. 
Brad has successfully closed over 150 M&A transactions, working with a wide variety of real estate brands across the United States and Canada.
Over his career, Brad has personally visited and consulted with more than 4,000 real estate firms, providing expert guidance in mergers and acquisitions, valuations, franchise negotiations, and finance. His leadership and industry expertise have positioned him as a trusted authority in driving growth and maximizing value for real estate companies
